The law firm of John W. Bissell, P.C. believes that everyone deserves superior and affordable legal representation in their time of need. We also know most people do not anticipate life events that require obtaining legal counsel nor have the funds for a large retainer immediately available. Our goal is to make representation affordable to all members of the community by working individually with clients to set up a unique payment plan that fits their individual financial situation.
